Great table and light......poor lamp shade

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this table.
The assembly took less than 5 minutes.
It fit perfectly in the corner of my room and provided a great light for reading.
The only thing keeping me from rating this table with 5 stars is the cheap lamp shade it comes with.
I am going to replace this lamp shade with better one once I can find such.

Stability issues


By New Soul

Received the box in excellent condition, so there was absolutely no damage to any of the surfaces. Everything but the lamp shade itself was very easy to assemble. When I did manage to "pop it" inside out as instructed, it did have a crease that wound up being about 1" at its widest, with the whole crease going about 1/4 away around it.

The only real issue I have that I feel is worth mentioning is that it is very unstable on any type of raised carpeting. The base is just to narrow. This is definitely a product that would be (and is) very stable on flat surfaces.
