Definitely NOT smokeless!!

I received these candles yesterday and immediately removed one from the box, put it in a candleholder and lit it. The candles are very nice looking, and I can attest that they are dripless. However, they burn very quickly. Even worse, they produced enough smoke to set off my smoke detector in my bedroom after about 20 minutes of burning. The candle was on my dresser 12 feet or so away from the detector. I have placed many candles in this same location and never has the smoke detector gone off. For that matter, I have never had a candle set off a smoke detector ever in any location.

On another note, the bottom of the packaging was completely missing. I didn't realize this when I removed the candles from the delivery box and ended up dumping half the candles out when I picked it up.

Not as advertized!

We ordered two sets of candles which are advertized as unscented, smokeless, dripless, candles. They are for my daughter's wedding, which is in 6 days. We decorated the church sanctuary today and did a practice lighting of the candles to make sure they would light on wedding day. They dripped right away and smoke was worse than normal candles I have used. We are stuck at this point, but just a warning to others. They are not as advertized!!!! In reading positive reviews for this product, I am wondering if I was shipped the wrong candles even though the box clearly states smokeless, dripless candles.

Don't Count On These Candles

I ordered these candles for my daughter's wedding and they dripped all over the table. In addition, they are supposed to be long burning and they were totally burned by the end of the 45 minute wedding.
